Training Log Archive: VO2 Orienteering

"Week of O"- started with WNT at Taylor Creek. I have organized a training for TOC. Unfortunatly, I did not see TOC members on it, but I still got 12 new people and a group of 15 kids (10 kids did not show up b/c of the rain in the morning- it is always another time). From their words they liked the course and had some fun. So, FOX RUN kids program had started! :)
The weather was really cloudy and cold. Plus, it is going dark fast this time of the year.
