Newy parkrun. Angus and I made an appearance. Light rain the entire way. Came 3rd with my best time since the 6th of June 2015!! Pretty surprised but I felt alright most of the way. Course was slightly longer too now that they've added those posts. Anyway slightly encouraging, I hate to say it but I think Junk free June has worked wonders.

QB3 sprint. Not recovered from yesterday properly so didn't have much speed. Also lost 25 secs 11 to 12 getting on the wrong level. Somehow came second although Steve Craig and Dunc Currie were faster.

QB3 day 2 at Bom Bom SF near Grafton. Josh went out 2 mins before and Rob 1 min before me but I couldn't reel them in, although I could see glimpses of them at times in the distance. Finally caught Josh at 10 and we were all together at 11 and 12. But I hit the wall big time on the way to 13 and that was the end of that!! Ended up having to walk the last 3rd of the course including a mistake at 16 because I couldn't even concentrate properly. Was amazed how suddenly it happened and how much it destroyed me. Didn't have any gels which also didn't help.
The last 5km took me 50 mins whereas the first 10kms also took me 50 mins haha

Looking at splits, pretty happy with my race until I blew up!! Just need to train a bit more.
