shoes: Inov8 x talon 212 #4 (blue)

NOY 3 at Barnsley. Lost time at #4 by over running down the hill. Then proceeded to take a ridiculously wide route to #5. Picked up a bit through the next section then got suckered into another control near #12 and lost some more time making sense of where I was. A bit hesitant on #13 and #17. Probably 40 mins was possible. Ran well though, didn't really feel tired during or after.

Merewether and return. Felt good running early but free's are not the shoe of choice. Sore calf from halfway and sore legs and feet by the end.
