Tuesday night ints. By myself this week so just went to the grass track behind work. 10 x 400m, 2 min cycle. There was another bloke there doing the exact same session but slightly different recovery so that was kinda awkward. Times not the fastest due to grass and wrong shoe choice but was glad to stay on the 2 min cycle. Time includes small warm up and down but I'm a bit slack with this when i'm by myself and hungry!
