Slept... cleaned house.
Left side of neck sore, with gland really swollen.

Orienteering 10:00 [2]

Small warm up, had already been walk/jogging around the model map earlier before fully changed.

Orienteering 15:36 [4]

Not letting myself push hard (because of being told by Christin Lundgren (a doctor) that I could damage my heart long-term exercising this early in the virus cycle), which was fine for this complicated terrain. But a bit tempting when I caught up to a bunch of people near the end. Lost about 20 seconds to #1, then 10s to #11, some other hesitations at trail intersections, but overall pretty ok.

Orienteering 26:00 [2]

Jogging around the second training with Alison. Looks like a fun area, but steep! As soon as I tried to even walk up the stairs I could feel the sweaty ichy feeling of being sick.

Orienteering 26:00 [3]

Ran the o-tervals without pushing it, with a group of the girls. Swapped maps a lot (and had A, B and C at different times).

Putting out pin flags for the warm up race. Then walk/jogged around with the stands and everything for the evening event.

Ten times 300m, just behind rachel for the first 100, then ok on the turn, then just get dropped and feel like my form would go to crap...
