Long distance - crap crap crap... cannot be consistent. Screwed up number 1 and the long leg. Both times I was near the control, then second guessed myself, wandered quite a bit, then came back to near the same area...
Middle distance, bit cautious at first, then 1 minute mistake on number 4. Pretty good on the rest, but some hesitation/confusion on the last part of the longer leg (second to last control).
6 by 800m, not that much rest, as starting with the boys... so skipped one in the middle and did another one by myself at the end.
