run along the baden powell with magnus. Went from grouse to lynn valley, with a little detour when we lost the trail. Took a break at lynn (5 mins).

run with thomas, 2 mins walk, 8 mins run... 3 times, legs felt slow... heavy.

stretching and weights... then went to hot tub. Also rolled on a medicine ball to massage.
