Other method is to let them fester for 2+ years, and then just recycle them.

10% less stressed today, as we dropped 1 out of 3 proposals that we were going to submit.

.... 10 minutes later: got an email that we were 'over budget' (duh, I estimated 3x what they gave)
... 5 minutes after that - got paternalistically lectured about dropping the proposal - "how come you didn't know before"... "it makes us look bad" ...
So I'm back up to +20% stress.

RR mills (auburn) path goes all the way through, but not fully paved yet. Still, it made walking the loop very pleasant, as we no longer had to worry about cars on that stretch.

Happy with this run. Wanted to be stronger than 8:20's, which I typically average for this distance. I figured I could do 8's. So I had my garmin on the 'overall average' screen (usually on instantaneous average). As time went on, I saw that I could slowly creep the overall average downwards - which took quite some effort after mile 4. When I hit the last 1/2 mile hill on fall meadow, I pushed it pretty hard, as I was in danger of letting the average creep up above 740... But I did make it.
