Green. As I said last week, I'm really bad at this sport.
But on the bright side, being bad really pumps the hours up.

Did well on many, but my bad ones are extremely bad - when I left, I was in last place by a lot of time.

Lessons learned:
-I cannot be trusted on controls more than 150m from a valid attack point. Until I improve, I need to go an extra 50% out of the way to make sure I come at it from a good attack point.
- Dead fences are not reliable - map needs to be updated, because I was going to use this as a handrail.

Synopsis
1 nailed it (but was jogging slowly) 5th of 7
2 " (5/7)
3 " (2)
4 tried to save 30 seconds and it cost me 10 minutes. Total of 17:35 - at least I saw one other struggling with that one. Lots of paths around that were not on the map.(7)
5 hard to see the path on the map because the park boundary line was right on top of it. (1)
6 nailed it. (4)
7 " (1)
8 " (3)
9 pretty good (5)
10 - Took 40 minutes. I wonder how close I got on the first 3 tries before I decided to take a huge loop to do all major, recoginizable paths and come at it from the north. Found the bridge, and I was home free.. Killed the day altogether. (7)
11 ok, so I gave up and cut through a yard to the road. (1)
12 where was the ruin? I went around in the open area trying to use that as the handle, but ended up having to go up to the parking lot to get the bearing. So that one could have been better, but only a small miss. (6)
13 easy (3)
14 was angry at myself, so I ran hard and crashed through the water for fun. (1)
15 - finish stake really should have a control marker on it (? - don' t know the rules), given how many stakes were around near the shelter. (4)

Small victories
- on average, finished 3.7th on each one.
- finished 1st on 4 (thank you e-punch)

Not exactly a normally distributed histogram: (always an engineer)
1xxxx
2x
3xx
4xx
5xxx
6x
7xx
At least using one of the statistical counts, (the 'mode') I did well.

Key going forward is to minimize the really bad ones...

177.0 then 177.6 twice before shower then 177.0 twice after shower. Scale's trying to drive me crazy - something to be said for analog versions.

Indoor bike 15:00 [3]

with 5 harder minutes in middle. Had to improvise a harder workout over 15 minutes rather than easier 20 minutes as I spent 5 min cleaning up after cat who ate too fast.

Lifting 17:00 [4]
shoes: Work Addidas beaters

Badminton 30:00 [2]

Run with dog (hedgewood (2)) 17:30 [3] 1.76 mi (9:57 / mi)
shoes: Defyance 1 #2 - work weight li

Came back on shorter route as achilles twinged a little bit.

Indoor bike 22:00 [3]
weight:178lbs shoes: Bare feet

dropped 1 lb? hmm. Then 177.8 after shower. Was I that dirty? (OK, so I didn't shower on Sunday)...... Too much information.

mow lawn (push) 1:15:00 [2]
shoes: new balance (yard work shoes)

New mower with power wheels - makes the job a lot faster. However, it is one heavy beast - easier on the legs, harder on the arms (arms still vibrating).

walk dog (other side, with thrushfi) 35:00 [1] 1.92 mi (18:14 / mi)
shoes: Defyance 1 #1 (work backup)
