Running various places (Hollyburn to parking lot/ Rice Lake parking lot to and from pipeline bridge etc) on the north shore to spectate the kneenacker.

Went on the elliptical trainer for 50 minutes and then sprinted on the treadmill for 10 minutes followed by legs and core

55 minutes on the elliptical trainer half watching the Tour de France/ half listening to a podcast about the production of manuscripts in Anglo-Saxon England. 35 minutes of core and legs.

Feeling a little tired today from the late night Whistler adventure (followed by some JWOC computer-spectating)
