Rainy, muddy, cold, and fun. Fairly clean fun

I didn't feel quite 100% yet but pretty close. Some of the legs were still a bit sore from the race, and I didn't go quite as far as normal during the main 20 min. section of the workout. It did feel good to loosen up the mucsles (spelling?) again, and tomorrow I think I'll feel back to complete normal =)

I was nicely sore, tired, and tight from the race, so I took my time running slow. It felt good to loosen the muscles a little.
