Canning Vale Nav Dash - Short Course

Managed 3rd behind Anthea and Simmo

No real mistakes just a couple of sub-optimal route choices including being a wimp and going around the marshy creek as I did not want to get my feet wet!

I thought the rain had passed so drove over to Reabold Hill and did the Zamia Trail loop. I was wrong as there was a heavy shower just after I started, actually quite nice to run in the rain as long as it is not too long and you can get home for a shower afterwards.

Struggled with the hilly section at the end and walked a few sections.

Saw Karl Kullmann running the opposite way to me, seemed to still have it as he was powering along much faster than me!
