Running race 32:47 [4] 5.18 km (6:20 / km) +13m 6:15 / km

Medium (4.5km) length course at Whiteman Park. Decide not to do th elong course as I thought that I coul dmiss the showers and was successful.

Good little run around trying to avoid too many fences and to keep going, had a couple of hesitations andhad to re-tie my laces a couple of times

Most other people seems to be on the long course (7km) and managed to have a slightly faster time than Oscar on the Long!

Road Cycling (commute) 1:10:00 [3] 29.0 km (24.9 kph)
shoes: Colnago CLX

With Nicole and Jennifer to Canning Bridge - Le Domestic!

Carried on to Mt Henry when I heard my phone decided to check if it was an important message, it was, Jennifer had a flat and the call went out. Back to the bottom of the hill up to Heathcote to find that Jennifer with no help from Nicole except encouraging words had changed the tube and removed the glass. Helped put the wheel back on and inflate and then left them to their ride.

Had to ride hard to out run a squall back down the freeway - did not quite make it to the city before it hit but fortunately it was not too heavy.

Pet hate, stupid glazed tiles on bike paths with zero friction when wet! On the bridge over the freeway at the base of Mount Street wheels going all over the place.

Road Cycling 16:00 [3] 6.0 km (22.5 kph)
shoes: Colnago CLX

Found a gap in the squalls and made it home through Kings Park without getting a soaking
