WOD: 30 handstand push ups; 40 pull ups; 50 KB swings #54; 60 sit ups and 70 KP sumo high pulls #54. Toughie. Maybe around 16 minutes for the entire effort. I used 2 abmats as my handstand bottom - I just don't have the full motion down, especially when doing a set of 30. I rattled off 13, then got to 16, then 18 then 20, then had to go one at a time. Rough way to get all 30
