Soccer race 1:30:00 [4]

Dads v. Lads soccer game. The parents held off the U13 boys for another year. I was not so sure it would go our way. We got a quick start and held on. It was clear that we don't practice and are not a well conditioned team. :) Great fun playing against Drew. He purposefully sought me out and decided to defend me. Good stuff.

Crossfit 30:00 [4]

Worked on dubble unders a bit. Then self-made workout while the kids were in class. Dead lift - 7 reps at #275, Dubble unders - 21 reps, then Knees to elbows - 14 reps. I did a bit over 4 rounds before the kids were done.

WOD: 30 handstand push ups; 40 pull ups; 50 KB swings #54; 60 sit ups and 70 KP sumo high pulls #54. Toughie. Maybe around 16 minutes for the entire effort. I used 2 abmats as my handstand bottom - I just don't have the full motion down, especially when doing a set of 30. I rattled off 13, then got to 16, then 18 then 20, then had to go one at a time. Rough way to get all 30
