Adventure Race race 26:00:00 [4]

Gorge Winds 4. Super nice course. Trek up to snow on Hood, traverse over for a fair bit, then descend down. Hit a waterfall then out to ropes. Did long rapel and then 5.7 climb in tennies. Then off to long bike - 12+ hours. Took a super scary header. Full weight landed on head. It was the kind of fall where you start assessing the damage by making sure you can still move your limbs... Dusted off and moved on. We hit a wall as a group and had a few bad hours of being way too close to each other. We got some food and slept on a gravel road and came back around to our old selves. Finished by kayaking/canoeing down the Columbia from the Dalles to Hood River.

Can't say enough about the hospitality and great course offered up by Dave. It was all free to boot. Makes you love the AR crowd even more.

Jump rope stuff and medicine balls. 30 dubble unders, 15 dubble wall balls (two squats - one whie ball in the air, the other with the ball) three times for time. Then some dips and finally half kipping pull ups on the rings. Hot in the gym.

Run from DT to Miles house, up around GL to Northgate. Time not adjusted for stop lights. A lot of waiting at stop lights yesterday...
