Thanks to orienteering I started a regular exercise program 6 weeks ago, also began eating more vegetables and fruits, drinking less beer, and eating a little less meat. The results: went from 190 lbs to 180 lbs and feel great. I think I'll stop at 180 lbs since I enjoy Mexican food too much to go any lower.
