Warm-up - running around campus like a chicken with head cut off - ie directing GPML math contest - with great help, all went well.

Cool, dusk run around Tower Grove Park - I needed that. Nav Cup next week! Zan: You ran one of your first A-meet Green courses at this park in '98. One of my few DQ's as I made a 'small' parallel error, punched, and never checked control number - oops.

First intervals in a long time. Felt good. Hard to maintain pace on 3rd f.
