Trek (Cape le Grande) 5:00:00 [2] 20.0 km (15:00 / km)

Rogaine training, bonus stage.
Hatched a silly plan to carry a baby in a backpack the entire length of the walking trail, then actually followed through with it. Gen came along too and John did a lot of running backwards and forwards and shuffling the car. We had perfect weather, a perfectly behaved smiling baby and a great burger afterwards at condy. Great day. Unfortunately only 1/3 as far as a rogaine but my pack next weekend won't weigh 10kg or stick all my hair together with Anzac biscuit crumbs and snot.

MTB (Piggery trail) 1:00:00 [3] 16.0 km (3:45 / km)
shoes: Yeti ASR

Full lap on my own then a 2/3 lap with Cass. I was told she is not a mountain biker but evidence suggests otherwise, she rode over all the jumps and also the log-over at the end. Secret is out now :-)
I just rode over a tiger snake, which was less clever.

Run (pram) 54:00 [3] 7.6 km (7:06 / km)

John's usual loop but 15min slower, as he was very quick to point out. I am a bit depressed about how slow I was but it was hard with the pram :-(

With Gen, who kept me running for much longer than I would've alone.

Swim 25:00 [2] 1.0 km (25:00 / km)

I HAD to do something today to avoid another entire nothing week. Luckily fitted in a lunchtime swim, I had planned an after work pram run but didn't make it home til 6 because an inconsiderate teenager fell off her horse at just the wrong time.

Note
(rest day)

For the first time today I felt properly justified in nottraining. This is different to notraining, because it was raining, on and off. It stopped for long enough that T2 and I fitted in a long walk with a long break to bounce on the bouncy giant wombat thing at the park. It was a bit slow to call it rogaine training though.
