Two laps of the very nicely designed and built local MTB track. Nice. Tick of approval from me, Martin, you can book your holiday now.
Great fun doing some proper riding again, I'm feeling a bit motivated to get fit. Edmund loved it so much that he screamed all the way home. More screaming in the ten min drive than he managed in the 9 hours down from Perth.

Strength/Core (Plank) 2:30 [5]

John did a plank, so I did a plank. Boy did it hurt more than they used to in the Friday beach session days. I didn't split in two though, so It is good to know I have knitted back together again.
John logged his plank on attackpoint, so I am too.
