Lap of Hale School. Almost a run run rather than a walk run. Tried to do 5min on 1min off but forgot and did one 10min block, then dropped to 2min/1min up the hill at the end.
Tonight i did the actual Tooms session for the first time. Very satisfying. Tried to maintain form, springy heels, relaxed shoulders, blah blah. Gorgeous evening on the oval and it was so much fun to feel like I was actually doing something!

I went for a ride with someone else! Danger humoured me on the warm up and even let me stay in front for my first 3min effort. Mainly because he was doing much longer intervals. 5 x 3min on 3 off then home again. Great morning. I like riding my bike!
