Nice run with Jess, from the pool, around the trails a bit, over Reabold and back up the coast. No GPS but it was a decent run, faster than last week.

To work 1 then to work 2. Grumpy after a particularly miserable and disillusioning (and late) shift at work last night. I wonder how many people died last night due to the floundering health care system? Not sure if i want any part of it any more.
Ben Hewitt is apparently in trouble now with his wife, who doesn't want him doing the anaconda solo. But he has to, in order to smash Pete who was mean to him because he thinks Ben is not good enough to play with. Really, boys :)

5 laps of the blackboy loop backwards (well, in the opposite direction to last week) with 2 min recoveries. John gave us a full recovery before the last one which was also exactly 2 min.

Ran the first 2 hard after a, well, motivating conversation with Liz during the warmup. Then blew up on the 3rd and survived after that. The first two were similar to last week's two.
