Note

Bah. I didn't wear my teva thongs, I wore green thongs. And buying shoes is ok when they are both pairs of sneakers (yes, now I have nearly HALF as many pairs of sneakers as John does).
And I bought John a present too!
And I'm still considering whether John gets to play with the new camera so I hope he's really really nice to me this week.
Bah humbug.

Shopping 8:00:00 [5]
shoes: free teva thongs

Yay! A day off! So I did really useful things like buy stuff. 2 pairs of shoes, a brand new u-beaut take it anywhere stick it up your nose fancy digital SLR and other girly crap. Sheesh, I'm beginning to sound like John! Giggle. Ooooh, that's more girly. I like shopping. Ka-ching. I like cleaning my bike. Mustn't ride it or it'll get all yucky and dirty.

Keeping Alive 15:00 [1]
shoes: Elbows

Today I was really helpful and did some gardening. I carefully trimmed the edge of the lawn that John had mowed. Before that though I trimmed the edge of the lawn around the fish pond. Funnily enough, when I did the edge of the paving the fish pond pump stopped. Giggle. Ooopsie, I trimmed the fish pond power cable too! You'd think after carefully avoiding it 3mins earlier around the edge of the pond I'd've remembered. I didn't die though, now I shall go and buy a blade sharpener as the blades are pretty blunt. Then I'll do some more trimming, maybe up around the power pole.....

Keeping Alive (Fish) 20:00 [2]
shoes: Feet

Wow, must have been typing in my sleep again!

After my fish killing effort, and in the absence of any handy men to do handyman stuff, I FIXED the power cord. Pretty clever, if I do say so myself.
I let John turn the switch on afterwards, so that he would feel useful too :-p
