Orienteering (Snitch!!!) 45:00 [3]
shoes: Brooks Running 4

Harry Potter-O!!! I set off 5 minutes ahead of the group to set out map fragments and, as a new fun addition, strength exercises at the controls. I had set 2 map fragments and 2 strength exercises (of the 6 of each) before realizing that I had somehow dropped the other 4 map fragments, while managing to keep all the strength exercises. Sara caught me here. We did some abs stuff and some murphies, Brendan decided not to tag me, Ross was stuck doing crunches, and I decided to retrace my steps in an effort to find the map fragments. No luck. I was then caught by Giacomo and Giovanni and did some more core stuff. I decided the only solution was to tear out the bits of my map with the memory controls on them and set those, so I did. I ran through the yard and, what was this, a party! For Harry Potter-O! Awesome! Wow! They even brought the marching band out! I've never orienteered with a marching band playing for me before! Oh...it is for The Game. Ah well, still fun :-).

People were incredibly tickled by Presto who was wearing his technicolored jacket and blue booties to protect his pads, but my most amusing encounter occurred as I was setting some strength at a control:
Random guy walks up: "Are you doing a thing?"
Me: "Yes."
Him: "Cool."
Me: Frantically try to keep from cracking up while finishing taping the strength exercise aware of the fact that the random guy is still standing there watching me.

Orienteering was lots of fun and then we watched Harry Potter 6, while eating burritos and drinking delicious butterbeer! Yum!
