Running 33:15 [1] 3.28 mi (10:08 / mi)

Feeling crazy tired - HR running in the 50s/60s while sitting around at work. I'm thinking the weekend was just so busy it wore me out. Decided to go for an easy run, but then totally twisted ankle on nothing. Big crack sound and lots of adrenaline spike.

Rowing 43:15 [1] 4.58 km (9:26 / km)

Finally got out the rowing shells for the year, except one of the oar locks was bent. I went out on my own for a bit in the bay and the switched with Graham. Then spent the rest of the day riding bikes in the parade, swimming, and then at a fireworks party. Not great training consistency but fun weekend.

Running race 20:15 [5] 3.26 mi (6:13 / mi)

4th of july evening race in Cotuit. Minimal warm up/cool down. Spent all morning on a boat in the sun and hotter than I like for a race. Tried to stay with leaders but fell off in last mile. Not my best performance really, but a fun holiday run.

Running 1:43:44 [2] 12.72 mi (8:09 / mi)

Long run - recommendation from plan was to run around 8min pace. This is faster than I usually run on my own for easy work, but not uncommon for group run pace. Anyway it felt pretty good. Weather was super humid gross.

Running 1:12:00 [3] 8.98 mi (8:01 / mi)

Tempo day on the battleroad. 6 miles at 7:14 pace, which on dirt/gravel is probably pretty reasonable with a road target of 7:00 pace. Right at the finish of the tempo section found some black raspberries while catching my breath - my fav trail snack.

Running 1:25:16 [1] 6.7 mi (12:44 / mi)

"Recovery" run around the fells. Is it getting lost if you know what trails you're on but you underestimate how long they'll take and then think you're taking the quick way back to the car but not really? It's ok because i ate some blueberries along the way.
