Not many hours last week but feeling mighty burnt out. I think it was the hassle of birthday planning/shopping all week long plus a surprise stomach bug that led to no sleep Thursday night. Sunday BKL + crazy trampoline park + entertaining guests all day + hilly trainer ride = zombie.
