Started off with a small miss at 2 but was fine until coming out of 12 where I took the wrong track and came out on a different part of the golf course.
Disappointingly my calf pulled going to the last control. Lots of massage will hopefully sort it for Saturday night.

Started off ok with most of the RCs ok but then dropped time to #18. Started to feel my calf at this point so eased off so that I could at least finish the race.
