Stationary biking 48:24 intensity: (8:00 @1) + (24:00 @2) + (16:24 @3) 24.0 km (2:01 / km)

Warmup at setting 5 for 12 km, 8 km at setting 6, cooldown 4 km at setting 4. My heart rate was at around 150 near the end of my setting 6 bout. It was a toasty 4 C with overcast skies this evening.

Easy ride at setting 5 while reading the DEseq2 paper. My grasp of empirical Bayes methods and when they are appropriate is weak, though debate at the 2022 ISMB suggests the field is not united in its views.

Squash at Hart House with Katie. I won 10 of 12 games. Play was vigorous, and I started out in the zone before drifting into Unforced Errorland.
