Trip to Hart House with Connie and Petr. My workout was a mix, a tour-de-Hart. I started with 22 laps of the 1/7 km track (?), with 2 km to warmup, then 4x one lap fast/one lap recovery repeats. I then hopped on an erg for a 5k at 24-26 spm with low resistance for the nostalgia. I did a weird stair climbing guy for 8 minutes (1 Washington Monument), then did 7 sets of 10 reps on the leg press at 60, 160, 200, 240, 280, 320, and 60 lbs. Clearly leg press is much, much easier than squats. I concluded with 15 minutes on the elliptical chatting.
First visit to Hart house athletic centre! It is charming and quite close to my office.
