Spinning class at Megan's invitation at The Handle Bar. I was one of three guys out of about 30 people in attendance. The class was intense - the spinning was non-stop with variable intensity, but there were supplemental body exercises - lots of core stuff, standing up, moving hips and such. Lena enjoyed coaxing effort out of us; she would count down, and I struggled to anticipate whether the intensity would go up or down.
