Control pickup. Thanks to Jeff Saeger and JJ Cote for their timely aid, I only had 14 to retrieve. I was tired by the end of the day, probably from shivering for much of it.

Easy run around the river. I brooded. I considered running a threshold cruise interval workout - probably 3 or 4 mile reps - but I decided my legs didn't feel good enough. In particular, an area just below my right knee has been hurting for a week or two. I will monitor it in the coming days.
