Woooo first orienteering course since my injury on 11 August! I walked the Green course at the NEOC Lincoln Woods meet in full Link getup - chain mail (incomplete, 7500 rings), tunic, hat, bracer guards, gloves, bracer, shield, and sword. Keith and I got D'Angelo's on the way home.

I have more to add on my assessment of the map, but while it is very interesting, I don't think it's quite at A-meet quality. In particular, the contours struck me as dubious.

While the session was an hour long, I'm reluctant to log it as a full hour, as it wasn't physically strenuous. My office is hosting a weekly yoga seminar for ten weeks. I enjoy the flexibility and breathing, though whether it will be of benefit in my rehabilitation and goals is unclear.
