A mix of strength training exercises - some pylometric squats with only my body weight (we called them jumpies in crew), lots of pushups, planks, side planks, various nefarious core exercises.
I watched Miracle while eating turkey soft tacos, both of which augmented my motivation.

Catching Features! Motivated by my soft tacos and Miracle, I ran one of my best runs on the Virendra 3-day. I then went online and ran two long courses (5 and 7 km) on absolutely beautiful terrain.
