I helped Meg and Graham move into their new apartment. There was much lifting, but mostly of light to moderately heavy boxes. There were few particularly heavy articles.

Commute. It was especially cold: 1 C. Bike is still traveling fine, though there was a light flurry today. I am looking into ways to improve my traction for winter, but SpeedyBike may be poorly suited to such adverse conditions.

Squash session at Hart House with Katie! We haven't played in a while - life has been busy, and she was out of town for a bit. We played eight games, and I managed to win six of them. We were both quite tired at the end, but it was a satisfying session.
