Squash with Laleh. We focused on rallying. We tried a new drill to work power and precision where we both stayed in the back half of the court and cooperatively tried to keep the rally alive. It forced us to hit the ball hard and precisely so as to not lose energy and fall short.
Hart House. Bopped onto the erg for 20 minutes at decent intensity. I threw in a few power tens for good measure. I ran into Katie by happenstance in the cooled aerobic room.

Solo squash. I rallied and practiced serving. Warming up on an erg dramatically reduced my freshness; it was a good workout.
