Jeep trail next door. Out at 7:40am. Mid-60's, no breeze, feels very warm (possibly because I'm very wound up and had very little sleep, again).
Did a 2 minute jog beforehand since I hadn't stretched much; that undoubtedly helped the first split be so fast. Calling this "distance" rather than "easy distance" because it was pretty taxing all the way.
First four splits are for 2 laps (0.44 mi), fifth is for one lap:

*When I finished the last full lap, forgot for a second that that I needed to run the extra .02 mi to make it a two-mile run, so the last split is a little slow.
Later: when I got out of my car after driving to Oracle several hours later, my left leg from hip to knee felt "wrenched" and I had a hard time walking the rest of the afternoon.
