Under 1 hour! I think this is a new PR for the course!

Hill and I may have run under an hour once before, but I would have to go searching for that entry. Started out at the normal speed and got to the turn around at 28:12, which is about 10 seconds faster than last week. Once I turned off the skyline trail at the end, though, I picked it up more than usual. And then with about a minute left to go I realized I could make it under an hour and I ran down the last hill at a dangerous speed. But I made it! HR hit 190 at the end, which is pretty high... especially for going downhill.

road&trail run 52:37 intensity: (39:00 @2) + (13:37 @4) 5.5 mi (9:34 / mi)
shoes: Asics 2130

Went to Dedham right after school and ran over to do the Wilson Mountain loop with Dad. 13:37. Upper body feels tight and tired. Then jetted out of there to have dinner with awesome coworkers for my birthday.
