trail run 18:15 [2] 1.72 mi (10:37 / mi) +52m 9:42 / mi
shoes: Asics 2130

Warm up around the Blue Hills trails.

road run (hills) 59:26 intensity: (31:26 @2) + (28:00 @4) 6.02 mi (9:52 / mi) +395m 8:12 / mi
shoes: Asics 2130

Hills up the access road.

First we did 4x shorter hill repeats (50 seconds each)

Then we did 3x all the way up! Splits: 7:45, 7:57, 7:46. Slower than the last time, but we only did one last time.

HR monitor still buried on the bag from last weekend. Maybe I should so laundry. Of course, that would require quarters...

Too hot! Road bking with Dad. I have padded bike shorts and now I feel super cool when I bike. We did two hill repeats before heading back.

no time to log anything... soon

road run 59:00 [2] 5.53 mi (10:40 / mi)
shoes: Asics 2130

Run around Newton on one of my favorite loops. Silly me rolled my ankle off a curb. No pain on initial roll, fair bit of pain along the die of the foot - almost like a cramp. Then it went away. All better!

Note

I think a flip camera would be a great way to record the US orienteering team summer adventures. Anyone have one? I really want one. Imagine how much fun we can have :)
