Ward Pound Ridge Reservation - US Champs GreenX course. Had been to this venue back in the 1980's and for the model for the Love the Lakes A-event. A really great area for orienteering. I thought the course and map were excellent. I was pretty clean but was a bit overly careful to avoid errors - should have pushed a little harder.

Hickory Run SP - Green Course. A fine Middle Distance-like course set by Nate Orwaschel. I think this course was actually easier than the Night O course. I was clean navigationally which is no small feat at HR. Forest speed was a little lacking. Much cooler today. A good way to close out an excellent training weekend.
