Nolde Forest - Local event Green course. Reasonably clean with just a few minor corrections. Slow in the trashy woods but there were some faster runnable parts of the course also. Fell several times bashing my right hand pretty good on one.

Bellevue SP - Trail loop on a cool cloudy morning - perfect running conditions. Lots of people in the park doing a walk for Diabetes.

Some great games tonight. I had my serve working really well and had some good hits also. We played 4 on 5 the last game and came up a little short 15-12.

From the Y (winter route). It's been near impossible to get out of work early enough for a trail run the past few weeks so I headed for the downtown pavement. Had just enough daylight to do the full Rockford Park loop. It's been a while since I've run on a paved surface and my legs felt it.

On the plus side, we have successfully brought the project at work back from the precipice.
