Volleyball 2:00:00 [1]

VBall started again for the Fall. Didn't play too badly for the first night back. We had one barnburner where we came back from a 14-5 deficit only to lose 18-16. Also lost a few others we shouldn't have but some good games.

Middle Run Natural Area - A quick loop after work on the Lenape Trail. Short but pushed the pace all the way. The cool weather felt invigorating.

Myrick Center BVA - local event Red course. A fun little course which placed a premium on map reading. At times I felt like I was running through a Van Gogh painting where the course crossed the fields of sunflowers in full bloom. Sloppiness and hesitancy cost me some time.
