Myrick Center BVA - local event Red course. A fun little course which placed a premium on map reading. At times I felt like I was running through a Van Gogh painting where the course crossed the fields of sunflowers in full bloom. Sloppiness and hesitancy cost me some time.

Hike to Dingman's Falls from Rt. 209 with Dasha, Clem, and Dasha's Dad. The Visitor Center is closed so we hiked back the approach road. The falls were gorgeous - glad I had a chance to get back there.
