Trail Run 1:06:10 [3] 7.75 mi (8:32 / mi)
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline GTS 8 - 3

Woodlawn Preserve - Since I didn't get out of the office till after 10 last night, I decided to leave work a little early today. By 3 pm I was on my way over to Woodlawn Preserve where I did a nice SOfA run at a comfortable pace. Made it up all the hills (and there are a ton of them on this loop). A gorgeous day.

Cycling 35:00 [2]

At the gym. Hill profile, level 11, 302 cals.

Weights 45:00 [3]

Managed to squeeze in a workout before heading back to the office for a late conference call with China. Also had time to watch a little bit of the Clifford Brown Jazz Fest in Rodney Square while eating dinner.

Road Run 44:52 [3] 5.75 mi (7:48 / mi)
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline GTS 8 - 3

From the Y. Crossed the Brandywine on the swinging bridge then north along the greenway trail, recrossing at the Bancroft Mills pedestrian bridge, up through Rockford Park and back via Trolley Square. Given my current level of fitness, this qualifies as a long run.

Trail Run 36:37 [3] 4.5 mi (8:08 / mi)
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline GTS 8 - 3

Bellevue SP - One trail loop followed by one lap around the track (penance for yesterday's deplorable performance). Fortunately, it was a little cooler today.

Orienteering race 1:30:00 [3] 5.0 km (18:00 / km) +183m 15:13 / km
shoes: VJ Integrator 3

Hibernia Green Course - This was the type course that makes me seriously consider giving up orienteering. Bingo controls, head high vegetation and rock, and zero water on a 90 degree/100% humidity day.
