Iron Hill County Park - Local event Red Course. Clean run except lost about 30 secs when I was too far right on #6. Ran out of gas on the second half of the course.

Y Indoor Track - didn't get out of work in time to run outside so did 60 (yes 60) laps on the Y indoor track above the bball court. The thing is nothing but turns. Best I can figure, it's about 21 laps per mile.
