The pain in my left hamstring is not going away, so just did an easy stroll, to try lose in it up a bit, but doesn't seem to be helping at this point.

Also I keep bouncing back to 190 lbs, after I got down to 180 and 178 in the past month or so and I don't even eat all the food I would need to, so I don't know what's going on there either.
