It looks like I have a mild tendenitis injurie,I took a few days off,did'nt help and the yesterday road race with severe downhill on the first mile did'nt either,so I massaged the affected area with Bengay and decided to get back in my training/racing routine and see what happens and went to a local O meet.

Local meet in New Jersey at Colliers Mills,Red course.Bengay worked pretty good.4 hesitations on the route choices(~ 1:30" total)

Brown course,two small errors(~ 1 min). my tendon got really stiff, soon as it cooled down and set in the car seat for 30 min.I could bearly move the first steps when I got out off the car.Anyhow I will ignore it and continue my training tommorow.
