Judicious use of an ice pack; motrin and tylenol; combined w/ stretching and continued exercise seems to have so far managed my lower back strain and avoided a major muscle spasm.

my lumbar back is bothering me. then I spent 3.5 hours moving stuff to break down GS camp today. my chest still hurts when lying down. Breathing and general movement is ok though.
