Back to being more painful today, possibly because I got home yesterday and basically crashed without going through the routine I've been doing each evening (including an hour total of TENS). I also tripped on a rock with my left foot during orienteering, which stretched things out suddenly and painfully.

SVO Colonel Denning - Sprint

Had enough help that I managed to get out on a course at my own event. I didn't feel like doing a lot, so settled for the sprint. Everything was good except for a stupid mistake at 6 (thought it was back a little bit in the woods but it was right at the road). And I wish I could have run more, but right now it is what it is.
