Enola Low Grade. I had to do something more substantial on the only sunny day we've had in eons. Actually felt better near the end.

Hundreds of gypsy moth caterpillars, dozens of cyclists who care not at all for their own brains, and one old man who wanted me to know there's an Agway in Kutztown.

Wish I could have done Morven Park but I was good and didn't push it. Though I may try to walk around Schuylkill Center as a NC next week...

To start, out to the dam taking photos, etc at beginning of MASOC.

Then the mental workout of checking one billion pink cards ;-) and solving some e-punch problems as well.

All day I felt the best I have in weeks. Until this. Started out great, then my whole leg got sore, then it decided to settle into a butt muscle cramp

stretching 13:00 [1]

It's been obnoxious amounts of rainy out lately, which puts a bit of a damper on going out to walk.

Have been reading a lot on what else to try. Trying to sit differently (I've always been a terrible sloucher, so I put my seat back more upright, and also sit with legs crossed almost 100% of the time. Affected leg is always the one on top, and I've read that can stretch and irritate the muscle. Sitting with both feet on floor seemed to help today, but it will take a few days to see if there's any real difference. (And this is hard! My body wants to go back to what it always does automatically.)
