was at vendulas place today (physio). some muscle has got really tight and stiff, so thats why i cant wear shoes. that is fucking annoying. feels like every time i get in good shape again, i am injured, sick or something.

had a nice sleep after having a bath at 01.30 AM ...slept until 10.00. Bad pain at the outside of my right food. I think it is from a mixture of to tight tape and to tight o-shoes. It is really painful stepping on ground. Will see if i can imagine to go for a little jogg today. Was supposed to run 80min, but that seems impossible :( ...even i really want to...

first loop: there was a hell of a tempo the first KM until the first open area with a lot of broken trees and so on. one top of the first cliff i turned around and had to see that i am quite in the front group of the race. Nordberg went off from everybody. stayed in the pack, which was actually the second pack after Nordberg. went fine until the last part where i went in to the wrong forking and had to go back, found out after the race that i would have come in with the leading pack without the mistake...damn it. anyway..was 2min down i think and went out on the second loop with Tiltnes, Coupat and Eirik Matens Svensen. Tiltnes and Vince "the french baquette machine" Coupat (i know you are reading this;)) had the other loop, so i came together with Eirik. Where a bit to defensive in to the first control, when we went out of the control i suddenly saw Nordberg, but thought there most be something wrong...so stayed with Eirik...in the end i might should have tried to go with Nordberg ;). Anyway Eirik and me got company of Audun B. Nilsen. So us three went together. Some small mistake into one ready control. Than good part, but than a big mistake at the second last control of the second loop. And the group of Haldin, and so on came out of the control. Punched the control and last map-change. Last loop a nice group, but do not know who was actually in the group, but Eirik was still there. Good last loop, but was really tired and had no energy left. Luckily nobody else had energy left, so i finished first of the group in 24th place. Happy about that. Lundanes killed everybody with 4min. Before the race my main goal was to be max. 10min behind. I managed that one...by the second ;). The gap to a top 10 position is 5min, which is fine. But hopefully one day i will do my top 20 position in a Norwegian Championship ;)...

best time to 6th control 0.58 min, i had 2.42 min ...YEAH!
than two times 10 sec. mistake
and than to the second last control 40 sec. mistake...YEAH!!
makes round about 2.30 min mistake. YEAH
in a sprint race...yeah!
bes time tiltnes with 14.29 could have never ran it today.
but would have been happy with a 15.30
