Blue Hills Traverse! Not much of a field this year, but Ross and I made sure to keep it interesting anyway, bumbling around the first half of the course with a couple old guys constantly catching up to us. I felt particularly weak for some reason and that slowed me down quite a bit. There were times when I was having trouble running away from Ernst Linder. I know he's a rediculously fast old man, but somehow I think I should have been moving faster.
I had forgotten how bad the map is but I realized it again pretty quickly and slowed down a bit to be more careful too. Fortunately Ross was making a lot of mistakes because he kept running away from me, but I finally managed to lose him on one route choice towards the end and only saw him once on a dog-leg coming out of control 20 after that.
Anyway, it was a great course and a beautiful day. Can't beat that.
